1.Who operates InfraBrix and your agreement
InfraBrix is operated by its founder, Chinaza Nwukwa, under the EnyLabs brand. EnyLabs is an unregistered brand and is not currently an incorporated company. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of InfraBrix; “you” refers to the person or organization using it.
These Terms govern your use of the InfraBrix website, application, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter this agreement and have permission to access the systems you connect. Contact us at mail@enylabs.com with questions.
2.The service and beta features
InfraBrix helps analyze repositories and cloud information, prepare architecture and cost estimates, and manage supported infrastructure workflows. Available features depend on the release, configuration, connected providers, and permissions.
Beta and preview features may change, become unavailable, or be withdrawn. They can contain errors and may not be appropriate for production or safety-critical workloads. The interactive demo uses sample data and simulated interactions; it is not evidence of an action in your cloud account.
We may maintain or update the service for functionality, security, or legal reasons. Availability, response time, support, and backup or recovery guarantees apply only if separately agreed in writing.
3.Your account and organization
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and authentication methods, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Keep a usable backup sign-in method and maintain appropriate organization membership permissions.
You are responsible for use you authorize through your account, organization members, connected applications, and API tokens. Do not share access with people who are not authorized to act on the connected repositories or infrastructure. We may require security setup or additional verification to protect the service.
4.Your code, content, and permissions
You retain your rights in the code, configuration, prompts, project data, and other material you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to access, host, process, transmit, and display that material to provide, secure, and support the service and carry out your authorized requests.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect repositories, cloud accounts, and other services, including any permission needed to process information about other people. Do not submit material that infringes another person’s rights or violates confidentiality obligations.
Our handling of information, including external AI processing, is explained in the Privacy Policy. If your organization requires a separate processing agreement, residency commitment, or other written terms, arrange those before connecting the affected information.
5.AI outputs, approvals, and infrastructure actions
Recommendations, generated configuration, plans, diagnoses, and estimates can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them against your security, reliability, budget, and operational needs before relying on them. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you authorize.
Permissions and approval controls do not remove the need for backups, testing, least-privilege access, and human judgment. Infrastructure changes can cause outages, data loss, security exposure, or unexpected charges. Only connect systems for which you are authorized to accept those risks.
Keep your own backups and recovery procedures. Revoking an integration, signing out, closing an account, or deleting or archiving a project does not by itself shut down cloud resources or reverse earlier actions.
6.Fees and cloud-provider charges
Any paid InfraBrix service must identify its fees, billing arrangements, and cancellation terms before you agree to purchase it. A pricing proposal or product discussion does not by itself enroll you in a paid subscription. A separately agreed order or written service agreement may provide additional terms.
Cloud, marketplace, model-provider, domain, and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included in a written offer. Your providers may continue charging for resources after you stop using InfraBrix. Cost estimates are indicative and can differ from actual bills because of usage, regions, discounts, taxes, traffic, provider pricing changes, or items outside the estimate.
7.Acceptable use
You may not use InfraBrix to:
- Break the law, violate others’ rights, or process information without authority.
- Access, scan, test, or change systems without the owner’s permission.
- Bypass access controls, approval boundaries, security checks, rate limits, or service restrictions.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, disrupt other users, or overload the service.
- Misrepresent your identity, permissions, or the origin of material you submit.
Authorized security research and testing must stay within the permission you have received. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to mail@enylabs.com, without sharing other users’ information.
8.Service ownership and feedback
We and the relevant licensors retain rights in the service’s software, interface, documentation, and branding. These Terms permit you to access and use the service in accordance with the agreement; they do not transfer those rights to you. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.
You may use generated materials for the purposes allowed by your rights and the applicable provider and software licenses. We do not guarantee that generated materials are unique, free of third-party rights, or suitable for your intended use.
If you give product suggestions or feedback, you permit us to use them to improve the service without an obligation to compensate or credit you. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying repository or confidential project material.
9.Third-party services
InfraBrix connects with source-code hosts, cloud providers, AI and voice services, and optional integrations. Their terms, fees, privacy practices, availability, and limitations apply to your use of them. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their operation.
You are responsible for managing your provider accounts, reviewing permissions, and revoking access when no longer needed. Changes or outages at a provider can affect InfraBrix features.
10.Stopping use, suspension, and deletion
You may stop using InfraBrix and contact us to request account closure. We may restrict, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary for a violation of these Terms, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and steps you can take.
Before stopping use, export or back up information you need and review connected resources and permissions. Account closure does not cancel third-party charges or automatically destroy cloud infrastructure. Information may be retained or removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Provisions that need to survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, and applicable disclaimers and liability limitations, continue to apply.
11.Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular business or infrastructure outcome. We do not promise that all errors, security vulnerabilities, or data loss can be prevented.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Your use of cloud infrastructure and reliance on outputs remain subject to the responsibilities described above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply where relevant.
12.Changes, questions, and disputes
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear here. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required, and changes apply as permitted by law. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service and contact us about account closure.
Please contact mail@enylabs.com about a complaint or dispute so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive any right to use a court or regulator available under applicable law.
